Print the brochures with a "Landscape"
orientation rather than "Portrait" orientation. Depending
on your printer setup, you may have to do this either in your printer
properties or by opening File --> Page Setup
and ensure the "Landscape" radio button is selected
under "Orientation".
2. Shrink oversized pages:
In your printer properties, you may also have
a checkbox to "Shrink oversized pages to paper size"
in the "Copies and Adjustments" section. Check this
box to ensure the entire brochure will print on the page.
3. Legal sized paper:
It is also recommended to print on legal sized
paper as this will provide the best results. If your printer has
legal sized paper, choose "Legal" from the "Size
Is' dropdown box in the "Paper" tab of your printer
properties.
